Lastly, I will have to learn to tolerate my teamwork skills because my leadership inclinations lead to aggressive leadership style, which increases the risk of conflict in teams where I work. In this regard, I must also focus on developing effective conflict management techniques for my team to work effectively and to become a true leader who can encourage and motivate subordinates and prevent conflict within the team.
As you execute the plan, you should assess and evaluate its implementation. Based on my evaluation of the implementation of my plan, I can make changes to improve my plan or to meet new leadership requirements that may arise in the course of my professional and personal development.
