Learning methods: Advantages and disadvantages.

To design a learning activity or learning program, there are a variety of learning methods that can be applied to facilitate the learning process. These methods are divided into two main categories, instructor-centered and student-centered. In the table below, I have listed different learning methods with the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Criteria for choosing between learning methods: 1. Learning objectives: after analyzing the gaps between current capacities and required capacities, learning objectives will be generated to satisfy learning needs.
2. The learning budget: It plays a major role in selecting the most effective and efficient methods. Organizations with a very limited budget often use internal resources and are not interested in methods that are expensive.
3. 3. Time: hours of work and availability of labor are very important criteria for selecting the right methods. Sometimes e-learning is selected due to time constraints within the organization or function.

Legislation: There are some laws and learning policies that must be considered, such as safety and health. 4. Number of students: This is a very important criterion to identify the size of the class or the training room.
